Recruiter (fully remote)

What we look for:

We are looking for a top-performing recruiter to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and ambitious recruiter to work remotely from anywhere in the world, while building a business with a small yet focused team.

As a recruiter, you will be responsible for:

• Working with the (associate) consultants qualifying new prospects and leads

• Defining resource requirements

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for a variety of roles

• Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment

• Proven track record of success in a top recruitment agency

• Excellent sourcing and relationship building skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Fluent in English, Dutch is a strong plus

• Right to work and live in the EU
